By submitting your information through our Meta Lead Forms, you explicitly consent to receive SMS text messages from Westley Digital and/or our clients regarding your service inquiry, appointment confirmations, and updates. This consent is a condition of using our lead capture service. Examples of messages you may receive include: "Someone will contact you soon about your inquiry," "Your appointment is confirmed for [date/time]," and other service-related reminders and updates.

Standard message and data rates from your wireless provider apply. Check with your carrier for details on your specific plan. Our SMS communications comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We will not send automated text messages without your prior express written consent, which you provide by submitting our lead form. We will not send unsolicited marketing calls or robocalls—all SMS communications are transactional and related to your service inquiry.

Messages may be sent by Westley Digital or on behalf of our clients to provide you with the services you requested. Your phone number is used only for these indicated purposes and shared with the relevant client to fulfill your request.

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any text message. You will receive a confirmation message, and we will honor your request immediately.

  • Emailing hello@westleydigital.com with "STOP SMS" in the subject line.
